At Anna's Gourmet Goodies, we have always committed ourselves to making sure that our gourmet cookies were not only made from the best ingredients available, but were also free of additives and preservatives.  It is a commitment that we take seriously.  In the Fall of 2007, our family joined the Feingold Organization and changed our diet to follow their guidelines, eliminating foods with dyes, petrochemicals and other additives.

The Feingold Association is a non-profit organization that has collected a wealth of scientific articles drawing a connection between the widespread use of artificial food coloring and additives and the rise in childhood disorders including hyperactivity, ADD/ADHD, allergies and a wealth of other behavioral and physical problems.  The Feingold program helps participants identify food additives or foods that may be causing problems and find a more natural substitution.

Our gourmet chocolate chip cookies have been reviewed and approved under these rigid guidelines that examine not only the ingredients, but how they were processed to make sure that no unwanted additives are introduced in the process.
