Just wanted to send you a quick email to say, “Thank you” for the cookies! They were a HUGE hit & were delicious too! We all enjoyed the OOPS ones as well =-) I hope to work with you for future shows or even customer gifts! Thanks again.

I just wanted to let everyone know what outstanding customer service Anna's has. And, they were very prompt, and followed my instructions just perfectly. The receipients said the brownies, chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal cookies were fabulous and delicious, and thanked me many times. Guess I will just have to try a box for myself next time. Thank you for a job well done.

Looking for ways to get the most from your business gifts?  Here are ten ideas to get you started:

1.  Birthdays.  Send us a list of your client birthdays monthly or for the whole year.  We'll manage the list, include your special message and make sure the gifts are sent out at just the right time.
2.  Anniversary.  Send a gift to clients on the anniversary of a sale - one month, one year, 45 days - get creative.
3.  Referral.  When someone sends you business, thank them and they'll likely send you more.
4.  The Office.  Send a gift to someone's office with your card, label and logo on the package.  Your client will be happy and you'll get more exposure.
5.  Outta The Blue.  We sometimes send out our thank you gifts when folks least expect it.  Surprise makes an impact.
6.  Odd Holidays.  Groundhog Day?  Happiness Happens Day?  Mail Order Catalog Day?  You decide - we'll bake.
7.  Follow up.  It's great to complete a sale, but sending an appropriate follow up gift afterwards can make a big difference in building clients and your business.
8. Well Done!  Sending employees a small gift of our cookies for a job well done is a great way to keep your most valuable asset feeling connected and appreciated.  Huge ROI on this one.
9.  Cheer up.  Know someone that's sick or had a rough time?  A package of our cookies might be just the medicine to make them feel better.
10.  Thank you.  Don't forget to say thank you when someone does something nice.  Cookies are a great, personal, not too much, way to express your gratitude.
